Deposit - Refund - Payment Policies

** To GUARANTEE room, a deposit of ½ your stay is required within seven days of booking or reservation will be canceled.
** Checks/cash accepted, no credit cards.
** Balance is due upon arrival
** Confirmation via email will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

** If it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, as long as we receive notice at least 14 days prior to your arrival.

** With a last minute cancellation, we will refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, if we are able to rent your room(s) to another party for the length of your original reservation.

** There is a $20/hr housekeeping fee if extensive cleaning in the room is required. This is beyond normal use.

** We are a smoke free facility.

PETS
$30 charge per pet for the first night, no charge for the second night, $15 per night per pet for each additional night.
Guests are responsible for conduct of & damage done by pets. Pets: not allowed in kitchen nor to be left alone in room unattended. Exception: breakfast.

Check-in: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
For late arrivals, make arrangements in advance.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
